Derek just left and he was awesome!! He was very professional, efficient and took the time to make sure it all looked great. He did 3 bedrooms and 4 big area rugs. Our rugs look brand new again! I highly recommend them!

Just had Big Joe clean our carpets and they did a spectacular job! Joe was on time, kind and got every stain out! I own a steam vacuum and tried to clean our carpets several times, but could never get the stains out. We thought we’d have to buy new carpet. But Joe got every stain completely out! And, it’s great that they have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee! So if those stains should come back, they’ll come back too! We plan on using them for our hardwood floors next.

Just had Big Joe clean our carpets and they did a spectacular job! Joe was on time, kind and got every stain out! I own a steam vacuum and tried to clean our carpets several times, but could never get the stains out. We thought we’d have to buy new carpet. But Joe got every stain completely out!
